1. About Travel Academy by TicketSeller

Travel Academy by TicketSeller is an educational initiative designed to train individuals who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in the tourism sector and, in particular, in the field of independent travel consulting.

The Academy provides paid courses, webinars, training programs, educational material, practical guidance and certification opportunities related to tourism, travel services, digital tools, sales, customer service and the role of the Independent Travel Agent.

Travel Academy is connected with the TicketSeller network. However, participation in the Academy or completion of a course does not automatically create a commercial cooperation with TicketSeller.

2. Use of the Website and Platform

Users agree to use the website and platform lawfully, responsibly and only for personal educational purposes.

Users must not:

• use the website for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account or restricted area;

Travel Academy reserves the right to modify prices, packages, course structures or available services at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases already completed, unless otherwise required for operational or legal reasons.

7. Certification Terms

Receiving a certificate from Travel Academy does not automatically mean that the user becomes a commercial partner, representative, employee or official Independent Travel Agent of TicketSeller.

Any cooperation with TicketSeller as an Independent Travel Agent requires a separate evaluation, approval and written agreement.

8. Independent Travel Agent Cooperation

The educational content of Travel Academy may help users understand the role, tools and professional practices of an Independent Travel Agent.

However, participation in the Academy does not guarantee acceptance into the TicketSeller network.

Any professional cooperation with TicketSeller is subject to separate terms, eligibility criteria, commercial evaluation and a written cooperation agreement.

Travel Academy and TicketSeller reserve the right to approve or reject cooperation requests at their sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content available through Travel Academy, including but not limited to texts, videos, presentations, images, graphics, logos, templates, downloadable files, course structures, educational materials and branding elements, is protected by intellectual property rights.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, users may not:

• copy Travel Academy material;
• reproduce or record educational content;
• distribute, resell or publish material to third parties;
• modify, translate or upload material to other platforms;
• use the content for commercial purposes without permission.

Recording live webinars, online sessions or private training sessions is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

Any unauthorized use of Travel Academy material may result in termination of access and may lead to legal action.

Travel Academy provides educational and professional development content. The information, guidance and training material offered through the website and platform are intended to support learning and skill development in the tourism sector.

Travel Academy does not guarantee:

• bookings;
• sales;
• clients;
• business success;
• employment;
• cooperation with TicketSeller;
• professional licensing or legal authorization.

The results achieved by each participant depend on many factors, including personal effort, market conditions, professional skills, time investment, business strategy and external circumstances.
